Beginning on New Year's Day, with the start of a wonderful new year, we will be doing some fun workshops over on the Latest Trends, link is above! We will be offering two workshops. Paper Transformed by Julia Andrus and Celebrate your Creative Self by: Mary Todd Beam. The only requirements to sign up for these workshops are, you're a member of Latest Trends and you must own these books. You can sign up for one or both! The workshops are monthly assignments, for the whole of 2008! That's right 12 months of techniques, projects, sharing with friends and having fun while learning some new things. Come and join us!

Also we will continue to host monthly swaps & challenges for our sponsors and if you are new to the world of mixed media art, go join our newest group-The Artists Circle-link above, set up just for those of you who have products, but don't know what they are used for. We all have a few of those! LOL! Also, this is a relaxed, kick back kind of group who shares. No lurking is allowed. We are creating a tag booklet, in our first workshop, with multiple steps involved, but we're taking it slow enough that you can jump right in and catch up.
There will be more new workshops over the next 12 months, taught by the 6 moderators, which will include...gel mediums & what to do with them, combining fabrics & papers for self expression and possibly how to craft a personal shrine, journaling, etc. etc. etc. The list of possiblities are almost endless. There is a database for you to list what you would like to learn, what products you have and already there are over 250 new friends to make! Come and join us!
