Another ATC-Bernie Berlin Technique

I had fun making this ATC called "Balanced". The background was done using vintage sheet music and embossing powders. The only thing I didn't like about it was the embossing stayed sticky for awhile. I may have used too much powder or got it too hot when I was melting it. (Or a combination of both!)
